Bloodseeker + Weaver

Why this works

A lineup with both of these heroes often has overlapping needs for farm and map space. Bloodseeker and Weaver are both highly mobile, physical damage dealers who want to play fast and chase down targets. The problem is that neither one provides the lockdown or frontline presence the other lacks. Weaver can't hold anyone in place for Bloodseeker, and while Rupture is useful, it doesn't solve the team's potential lack of hard stuns. They mostly end up as two self-sufficient cores trying to do a similar job without covering each other's inherent weaknesses.

This dynamic makes their games feel very momentum-based. If both Bloodseeker and Weaver get ahead early, their combined speed and aggression can completely take over the map, running down enemy heroes with vision from Thirst. When playing from behind, however, the draft's flaws become apparent. The pair struggles to initiate fights or create pickoffs without a setup. They are both fragile and can be overwhelmed by coordinated teamfights, forcing Weaver to use Time Lapse defensively while Bloodseeker is controlled and focused down before he can have an impact.
