Bounty Hunter + Lina

Why this works

Setting up a kill with this pair looks straightforward on paper. Bounty Hunter can apply Track to an enemy, giving vision and promising extra gold, which is exactly what a tempo hero like Lina wants. She can then follow up with her sequence of spells to try and secure the burst damage needed for the kill. The idea is to use the information and financial bonus from Track to accelerate Lina's farm, allowing her to hit item timings and take over the mid-game with her powerful nukes and fast attacks.

The plan often breaks down in execution. Bounty Hunter offers very little in the way of a reliable stun to set up for Lina's Light Strike Array, which has a noticeable delay. This makes securing the initial kill much less certain. If the ganks don't convert into kills, both heroes can fall behind. Bounty Hunter provides limited teamfight presence outside of Track, and a Lina without a gold advantage is a very fragile target. Success depends entirely on landing that first stun and snowballing, making the whole strategy feel high-risk and inconsistent.
