How Brewmaster and Faceless Void perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Brewmaster and Faceless Void win 48.82% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 6,944 matches.
Getting caught in a Chronosphere while a full Primal Split is happening nearby creates a difficult choice. While Faceless Void is busy killing a core inside his ultimate, Brewmaster’s spirits are free to disable and harass the rest of your team. The Storm panda can cyclone a support, the Earth panda can stun another hero trying to counter-initiate, and the Fire panda adds damage across the area. This zone control is powerful. The main issue is that both heroes rely on long-cooldown ultimates to achieve this, and if the fight goes wrong, they offer little else. Sometimes the control overlaps awkwardly or isn't enough to secure kills, making the outcome of these big teamfights feel very dependent on perfect execution.

These rows use the last 30 days of quality-filtered ranked matches, all patches in that span combined — a wider window than the patch-scoped count above, so the per-rank match totals can exceed it.
