Hunting for pickoffs together can be a mixed bag for this pair. Bristleback's Viscous Nasal Goo provides a stacking slow that helps Slark stick to a target and build up Essence Shift stacks. With Bristleback absorbing attention and spells from the frontline, Slark often gets a cleaner entry into the fight to pounce on a vulnerable hero. The main issue is their lack of a reliable stun. While the slows are useful, opponents with mobility spells or force staffs can often still create enough distance to escape. The duo provides damage and pressure, but doesn't offer the hard lockdown needed to guarantee kills on slippery targets.

The game plan usually involves both heroes hitting their timings and forcing the issue across the map. Bristleback runs in first to cause chaos, and Slark follows up to find and eliminate a key hero.
