How Broodmother and Dragon Knight perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Broodmother and Dragon Knight win 52.44% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 6,301 matches.
Pairing up two strong tower-pushers seems smart, but the reality is they want to play entirely different games. Broodmother thrives on creating chaos by herself, taking over a lane with webs and spiders to draw enemies away from objectives. Dragon Knight wants to do the exact opposite; he groups with the team for a slow, five-man push when his Dragon Form is ready. This basic conflict in strategy pulls the team in two directions. Instead of working together, they often leave each other playing at a pace that doesn't suit their kits, making it hard for either hero to execute their game plan.

These rows use the last 30 days of quality-filtered ranked matches, all patches in that span combined — a wider window than the patch-scoped count above, so the per-rank match totals can exceed it.
