Centaur Warrunner + Slark

Why this works

Setting up a gank with Stampede gives Slark a perfect delivery system. Once Centaur Warrunner closes the distance, a follow-up Hoof Stomp provides an easy setup for Pounce. This gives Slark a few uncontested seconds to build up Essence Shift stacks, which is often all he needs to secure a kill on a lone target. The combination is straightforward and effective for creating pickoffs across the map, helping Slark hit his key item timings by creating space and finding kills that might otherwise be out of reach.

The plan depends on finding those isolated targets, though. In a full five-on-five fight, the combo is less reliable. Centaur provides the initiation and a moment of lockdown, but after that initial burst, the responsibility falls completely on Slark to stay alive and do the real work. If the enemy team is grouped and ready to counter-initiate with their own stuns after Hoof Stomp ends, Slark can be caught and burst down before his ultimate can save him. The pairing creates opportunities, but doesn't solve every problem.
