Chaos Knight + Riki

Why this works

Hunting for pickoffs across the map becomes more reliable with these two. Riki can set up an ideal fighting pit for Chaos Knight. When Chaos Knight pulls a hero in with Reality Rift, Riki can immediately drop Smoke Screen on top of them. This leaves the target silenced and unable to effectively fight back against CK and his Phantasm illusions. Layering Chaos Bolt's stun on top of that control makes it very difficult for an enemy to survive the initial burst, turning a brief window into a guaranteed kill.

The duo creates a lot of pressure during the mid-game by roaming together to find and delete isolated heroes. This forces the enemy team to play defensively and group up earlier than they might like, which can open up the rest of the map for your team to farm. The advantage isn't overwhelming because the strategy is fairly one-dimensional. If the enemy team plays together, carries detection, and has good wave clear to defend towers, the kill-focused game plan can stall out, leaving both Chaos Knight and Riki struggling to break high ground.
