How Dark Seer and Puck perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Dark Seer and Puck win 46.24% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 8,000 matches.
Putting Ion Shell on Puck is often a trap. Puck’s entire game plan revolves around avoiding the kind of sustained contact and right-clicking that makes the shell effective. While a big Vacuum can set up a nice Dream Coil, the heroes can feel redundant. They both want to control teamfights around the same timing, but neither brings the raw damage to finish what the other starts. Dark Seer giving Surge to an already elusive Puck is a minor boost, not a major advantage. This pairing often leads to a team composition that has plenty of setup and control but lacks the decisive damage to capitalize on it and secure important kills.
