How Dark Seer and Skywrath Mage perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.

Pulling enemies together with Vacuum for a Mystic Flare can seem like a strong combination on paper. The problem is that Vacuum doesn't provide a hard stun, allowing targets to use defensive items or simply walk out of the damage zone before it fully lands. Outside of this specific play, the two heroes don't have a lot of natural overlap. Dark Seer wants to create sustained chaos with Ion Shell and Wall of Replica, drawing out fights. Skywrath Mage, by contrast, is entirely focused on bursting down a single target as quickly as possible. Their overall game plans can feel disconnected, making their success together very situational.
