How Dark Willow and Ringmaster perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Dark Willow and Ringmaster win 47.83% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 8,673 matches.
Facing this duo can feel more confusing than threatening. The core problem is that their signature crowd control abilities actively work against each other. Ringmaster invests a lot into pulling a key target into his team, creating a perfect kill opportunity. Dark Willow's best tool for controlling a group or saving herself, Terrorize, does the exact opposite by forcing enemies to run away. This conflict can waste both ultimates, sending a target to safety that Ringmaster had perfectly trapped. They both want to dictate the fight, but they end up fighting each other for it, making it difficult to secure kills that should be easy.

These rows use the last 30 days of quality-filtered ranked matches, all patches in that span combined — a wider window than the patch-scoped count above, so the per-rank match totals can exceed it.
