How Dawnbreaker and Kunkka perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Dawnbreaker and Kunkka win 51.32% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 8,437 matches.
Getting caught by Kunkka's X Marks the Spot feels particularly bad when Dawnbreaker is on his team. The setup provides a reliable signal and location for Solar Guardian to land, turning a potential gank into a multi-hero fight. If Dawnbreaker lands successfully, Kunkka's follow-up Tidebringer cleaves and Ghostship stun can create enough space for her to get a full Starbreaker off on a key target. This combination isn't instant and requires some coordination, but it gives your team a consistent way to join fights from across the map. The combined stuns and damage make it difficult for an isolated hero to escape once the combo starts.
