Dawnbreaker + Ogre Magi

Why this works

Drafting these two heroes together creates a simple, effective game plan focused on physical damage and aggression. Ogre Magi's Bloodlust gives Dawnbreaker the attack speed she needs to be a real right-click threat between her spell cooldowns. His stuns and slows also guarantee she can land her full Starbreaker combo. This turns Dawnbreaker from a spell-based brawler into a relentless physical damage dealer, making her much harder to itemize against. Both heroes are also naturally durable, making them tough to bring down in early skirmishes, especially if Ogre is protecting his core.

The laning stage is often very strong, as Ogre Magi can bully opponents with Ignite while setting up easy kills. When Dawnbreaker uses Solar Guardian to join a fight, a nearby Ogre can apply Bloodlust the moment she lands. This makes her global presence incredibly lethal, as enemies are suddenly facing a high-speed brawler with a stunner right beside her. Opponents are forced to either split up to avoid the duo or try to focus Ogre down first, which is difficult given his high health pool. They cannot afford to let a buffed Dawnbreaker hit their supports freely.
