Dazzle + Earthshaker

Why this works

Setting up kills with this pair often relies on chaining abilities. Dazzle’s Poison Touch can provide the initial slow needed for Earthshaker to land a good Fissure, locking down a target for an extended duration. Later, the combo can work in reverse. Earthshaker can initiate, and if he gets focused after an Echo Slam, a timely Shallow Grave lets him survive the return fire and get more stuns off. The area heal from Shadow Wave also benefits Earthshaker when he's deep in the enemy lines, surrounded by creeps and heroes.

This provides a solid foundation for pickoffs, but it's not a guaranteed advantage. The game plan involves finding kills to build momentum, but it requires coordination. If Dazzle is silenced or caught out of position, Earthshaker’s aggressive initiations can become a quick death with no backup. Aware opponents will focus on bursting Dazzle first or using mobility to split up before the stuns can connect. This dependency on positioning and timing from both heroes means the lane or game doesn't feel heavily tilted one way or the other.
