Dazzle + Pangolier

Why this works

Putting Dazzle and Pangolier on the same team presents a trade-off. On one hand, Shallow Grave is a great safety net for a hero who loves to dive deep into the enemy ranks. A well-timed save can let Pangolier get off an extra Swashbuckle or finish his Rolling Thunder duration without getting blown up. On the other hand, Pangolier is already one of the most survivable and mobile heroes in the game. He's good at getting himself out of trouble, so he doesn't depend on a Grave quite like a stationary carry might. Dazzle often finds his spells have a greater impact when enabling a core who stands and fights.

This dynamic plays out as a reliable but rarely game-winning combination. In the mid-game, saving a greedy Pangolier can turn a fight or secure an objective. As the game goes on, however, the two heroes can find themselves fighting separate battles. Pangolier will be disrupting their backline and stunning key targets, while Dazzle is positioned further back, trying to keep a different core alive through the chaos. They don't actively work against each other, but they don't form a central pillar of the team's strategy either, leading to a fairly neutral partnership.
