How Dazzle and Ringmaster perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Dazzle and Ringmaster win 48.44% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 5,685 matches.
Pairing Ringmaster's crowd control with Dazzle's life-saving spells seems like a solid defensive plan. The trouble is their main tools work at cross-purposes during a teamfight. Ringmaster excels by pulling enemies into a specific, concentrated spot for his team to focus. Dazzle, on the other hand, wants his team to be able to kite and reposition, allowing him to get maximum value from Shadow Wave heals and a well-timed Shallow Grave. When Ringmaster forces everyone into a tight brawl, it makes Dazzle’s job much harder, often leaving him to Grave a target who is hopelessly trapped and can't escape anyway.
