Dazzle + Slark

Why this works

Letting Slark play on the edge is the whole point of this pairing. He's good at surviving on his own with Dark Pact and his ultimate, but he's not immune to being chain-stunned and burst down. That's where Dazzle comes in. A well-timed Shallow Grave gives Slark the window he needs to purge a key stun or Pounce away, completely turning around a gank that should have been a kill. It buys the crucial seconds for his passive regeneration to kick in or for another spell rotation to come up. It's a straightforward defensive layer that covers Slark's main weakness.

This dynamic allows Slark to secure Essence Shift stacks much more safely, accelerating his mid-game timing. He can dive supports under their tower or take riskier fights knowing Dazzle provides a safety net. The enemy team is forced to adapt. They either have to find and kill Dazzle first, which can be difficult, or hold their burst for after the Grave ends, creating hesitation. The advantage isn't massive because smart opponents will try to play around it, but it consistently makes killing Slark a much harder and more resource-intensive task than it should be.
