Dazzle + Techies

Why this works

Pushing into a fortified area becomes a real headache. Techies naturally makes certain parts of the map dangerous, forcing enemies to play slowly and respect his space. Dazzle adds to this by making it much harder to secure a kill once a fight starts. A timely Shallow Grave can save an ally who triggers a mine, completely resetting the enemy's commitment. This also applies to Techies himself, who is often a primary target; the grave prevents him from being instantly deleted, giving him time to get his spells off.

This duo is at its best when playing defensively to slow the game's pace. Setting up around an objective like Roshan or a high-ground tower allows Techies to control the area while Dazzle provides the sustain to wear down attackers. The synergy is much weaker on the offense, as neither hero offers a reliable way to start a fight. Opponents who can establish superior vision to clear mines or use smoke to find and burst Dazzle first can break the defensive stand before it ever gets going.
