Dazzle + Windranger

Why this works

Setting up a kill for Windranger can feel a bit awkward with this lane partner. She thrives on hard lockdown that guarantees a Shackleshot or holds a target in place for Focus Fire. Dazzle primarily offers a slow from Poison Touch, which isn't quite the setup Windranger needs to consistently delete an enemy. Defensively, Dazzle's life-saving Shallow Grave is most effective on heroes who get caught and have to stand their ground. Windranger, with her high mobility from Windrun, is often able to escape danger on her own, making her a less common target for a clutch save.

This lack of direct mechanical synergy plays out across the game. Their laning phase might have good poke, but it often lacks the kill threat of a lane with a reliable stun. In teamfights, Windranger is typically positioned on the flank looking for a key target, while Dazzle is in the back sustaining the frontline. The cooldown reduction from Bad Juju certainly helps Windranger get more spells off, but the duo doesn't fundamentally enable each other's core game plan. They end up playing parallel games rather than truly working together.
