Death Prophet + Wraith King

Why this works

Taking objectives together is where this duo finds its rhythm. Death Prophet wants to activate Exorcism and run at a tower, but she needs a solid frontline to do so safely. Wraith King provides that, and his Reincarnation offers an incredible safety net. Enemy teams have to chew through his first life, and all the while, Death Prophet's spirits are wearing them down. By the time Wraith King stands back up, the fight is often already tilted in their favor because opponents have spent key spells without stopping the primary source of tower damage.

This typically plays out as a mid-game deathball. Once Death Prophet has her ultimate, the team can group around Wraith King and start methodically pushing towers. It forces the enemy to respond to fights they might not be ready for, often under their own buildings. The best way to play against it is to try and gank Death Prophet before a fight starts or have enough mobility and control to disengage and reset after Reincarnation is triggered. For this pair, the goal is to keep forcing these awkward, extended brawls.
