Disruptor + Primal Beast

Why this works

Setting up for a kill on a single hero is the main idea here. Disruptor can use Glimpse to bring a target back for Primal Beast, or use Kinetic Field to trap them for an easy Pulverize. Static Storm can even go down on top of the target to make sure they can't escape. The problem is that both heroes are using their biggest spells to do the same job: lock down one person. Primal Beast is already good at isolating a target, so Disruptor’s setup, while helpful, can feel a bit redundant. They overlap a lot on single-target control without adding much else to each other’s kits.

This results in a very predictable playstyle. Once the initial target is gone, the duo has spent most of its resources. If the enemy team is spread out or can save their caught teammate with a support item, both Primal Beast and Disruptor are left with long cooldowns and awkward positioning relative to each other. Primal Beast wants to be in the middle of the fight, while Disruptor needs to stay on the edge. This can leave one of them exposed and makes it hard to coordinate effectively once the initial gank is over.
