Disruptor + Tidehunter

Why this works

Landing a big Ravage creates a straightforward setup for Static Storm. Enemies stunned inside the silencing field are easy targets. Glimpse can also work as a setup tool, pulling an enemy who overextended back into position for Tidehunter to initiate on. The ultimates from these heroes are so impactful, however, that they often accomplish the same goal. A good Ravage can win a teamfight by itself, which can make adding a Static Storm on top feel like overkill. This redundancy is a key reason the pairing isn't stronger; you're using two huge spells where one might have been enough.

The game plan becomes predictable: wait for both ultimates, group as five, and force a teamfight. Tidehunter goes in, Disruptor follows up, and your cores clean up. The main weakness is that both spells have very long cooldowns. If the enemy team survives the initial burst or avoids the fight entirely, they have a huge window to act while your team's main threat is unavailable. Opponents with BKBs or good split-pushing heroes can often play around this one-dimensional strategy, forcing you into awkward situations where the big combo isn't an option.
