Drow Ranger + Mirana

Why this works

Setting up ganks from the fog is the main idea here. A long-range Sacred Arrow from Mirana gives Drow Ranger all the time she needs to walk up and apply Frost Arrows, securing a kill on a stunned target. The reverse is also true; Drow's constant slowing effect can make it much easier for Mirana to land her stun in the first place. Moonlight Shadow enables the whole team to move unseen, letting Drow position aggressively for a fight or a tower push without being spotted. This gives the team a solid way to find pickoffs.

The game plan relies on Mirana creating opportunities while Drow Ranger farms her core items. If Mirana can successfully roam and land key Arrows, she can slow the enemy's tempo and buy Drow the space she needs to get strong. However, this strategy is fragile. If the Arrow misses, the gank attempt often fizzles out completely. Both heroes are also easy to kill and lack reliable escapes. If the enemy team sticks together or has good detection, they can often turn the gank around and punish both Drow and Mirana for being overextended.
