How Earthshaker and Jakiro perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Earthshaker and Jakiro win 48.73% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 47,259 matches.
Landing a good Ice Path or Macropyre becomes very awkward when Earthshaker's Fissure is splitting the fight. The wall can block Jakiro's spells entirely, leading to wasted cooldowns and clumsy initiations. Both heroes bring huge, area-denial ultimates, but they don't combine cleanly. Earthshaker wants enemies grouped for an Echo Slam, while Jakiro needs them locked down in a line. They end up competing for the same setup role instead of enabling each other. This fundamental clash in their kits means they often step on each other's toes, making it difficult to execute the clean teamfight combos needed to win later in the game.
