Earthshaker + Leshrac

Why this works

Lining up an Earthshaker stun for a Leshrac follow-up sounds good on paper, but the execution is often awkward. A long-range Fissure can accidentally block Leshrac from running in to use Pulse Nova and Diabolic Edict. Even with a setup, Leshrac's own stun, Split Earth, has a delay that can make it miss if the timing isn't perfect. Both heroes want to be in the very center of the action to have maximum impact, which can create positioning issues and makes them both prime targets for the enemy team. The combo relies on a level of coordination that can be difficult to achieve.

This dynamic means their success hinges on a perfect initiation. In teamfights, everything depends on Earthshaker finding a great Echo Slam to start the fight. If that moment is flawless, Leshrac can clean up. If Earthshaker gets caught or his Blink-in is mistimed, Leshrac is often left exposed and without the lockdown he needs to survive. They don't cover each other's weaknesses well; instead, they both try to accomplish a similar goal in the teamfight, and if their single plan fails, they often fall apart together.
