Why this works

Setting up the perfect teamfight with this pair can seem simple: Naga Siren uses Song of the Siren, and Earthshaker lands a massive Echo Slam. It's an ideal setup, locking down multiple heroes and grouping them for maximum damage. A follow-up Fissure as the Song ends can then trap anyone who survives the initial burst, creating an extended lockdown chain that can feel impossible for the enemy team to play against. When it works, it's one of the cleanest ways to start and win a fight.

In practice, the timing and positioning for this combo can be tricky. Naga Siren often wants to split the map and pressure lanes with illusions, while Earthshaker is looking for active ganks. This means they aren't always in the same place at the same time. Even when they are together, enemies have a brief window after Song ends to use a Black King Bar or a mobility spell to escape the follow-up stuns. The potential for a huge play exists, but the coordination required means it doesn't happen consistently enough to completely take over most games.
