Why this works
Setting up a big Echo Stomp becomes a problem because Grimstroke's kit is full of area damage that instantly breaks the sleep. An ally buffed with Ink Swell or a stray Phantom's Embrace can ruin the setup for Earth Splitter. This core conflict makes their teamfight coordination awkward. Elder Titan wants to land his one big combo perfectly, while Grimstroke wants to apply constant pressure with his slows and silence. Instead of building on each other's control, their spells get in the way, leaving windows for opponents to escape. They both want to dictate the engagement but pull in different directions to do it.
