Why this works
Setting up a fight with Echo Stomp can feel awkward for this pair. Kez is a melee carry who needs to start hitting targets right away, which often means he breaks the sleep on enemies before Elder Titan's Earth Splitter can connect. This can disrupt the whole initiation. While Kez definitely appreciates the armor reduction from Natural Order once he's on a target, his duelist nature doesn't always line up with the big, clustered teamfights where Elder Titan excels. The two heroes can end up wanting to play at different tempos, leading to clunky engagements that don't quite come together.
