Why this works
Setting up a big teamfight with this pair seems straightforward on paper, but the execution is often clumsy. Elder Titan’s Echo Stomp can create a perfect opening for Kunkka's Ghostship and Torrent, and the armor reduction from Natural Order makes his physical damage hit hard. The problem is timing. The delays on Echo Stomp, Torrent, and Ghostship are all different, and it's easy to break the sleep early or have the stuns not overlap correctly. Both heroes want to land a massive, fight-winning ultimate, and they can end up stepping on each other's toes trying to initiate. When everything lines up it feels great, but the required coordination makes their combination unreliable.
