Controlling the map with two bodies lets Lone Druid farm aggressively while the hero stays safe, which in turn gives Elder Titan the space he needs to find a good position for his spells. Elder Titan’s Natural Order is a nice damage amp for the Spirit Bear's physical attacks on heroes, and an Echo Stomp can hold enemies down long enough for the bear to close the distance. On the other hand, Lone Druid is already quite self-sufficient at catching and killing a single target with his own root. The setup from Elder Titan helps, but it’s not something Lone Druid is completely missing from his own kit, making this a functional but not exceptional pairing.
