Enchantress + Tidehunter

Why this works

A perfect Ravage often creates an opportunity for massive, immediate follow-up damage. Enchantress, however, is most effective when kiting on the edge of a fight, applying her slows and whittling down a single opponent from a safe distance. While Tidehunter's Gush does lower armor for her attacks, their core plans don't amplify each other. He creates a moment for huge area-of-effect spells to land, while she provides sustained, single-target pressure. The result is less a coordinated combo and more two heroes executing their own game plans in parallel, which can leave a damage vacuum right after the stun wears off.

During the laning stage, this duo can feel safe but rarely has the burst needed to secure kills. Later on, Tidehunter will consistently set up fights, but the responsibility to convert those setups into wins often falls on other teammates. Enchantress is usually focused on her own positioning, as she's a prime target for anyone trying to breach the backline. Because of this, she's not always able to provide the instant damage needed when Ravage lands. Their success often hinges on the rest of their team bringing the tools, like magic burst, that they themselves lack as a pair.
