Faceless Void + Night Stalker

Why this works

Taking over the map at night gives Faceless Void the breathing room he needs to secure his core items. Night Stalker's constant ganking pressure forces enemies to react to him, pulling attention away from Void's side of the map. When it's time to fight, Chronosphere creates an ideal arena for Night Stalker to do his work. A well-placed Crippling Fear can blanket the area, preventing enemies from using abilities or items even if they aren't the primary target of the Chronosphere. Using Dark Ascension for a key fight ensures Night Stalker is at peak strength, turning a standard Chronosphere into a much deadlier engagement.

This duo puts the enemy on a timer. They have to choose between grouping up to survive Night Stalker's aggression, which makes them vulnerable to a big Chronosphere, or spreading out to farm and risking getting picked off. The counter-play involves extensive vision to track Night Stalker's movements and trying to force advantageous fights during the daytime. Their goal is to shut down Faceless Void before he can farm up and leverage the space his partner creates, forcing the game to a point where one big teamfight ultimate isn't enough to turn the tide.
