Nature's Prophet + Lina

Why this works

Trying to land a Light Strike Array on a moving target is the core of Lina's game, and she needs help to make it happen. Nature's Prophet offers almost nothing here. His Sprout is a positional tool, not a hard stun, and enemies can often cut their way out or escape before Lina can follow up. Without a reliable setup, Lina struggles to chain her spells and secure kills, leaving her burst potential largely wasted. Nature's Prophet is usually looking to use Teleportation for ganks or split-pushing, but his arrival doesn't provide the lockdown needed to guarantee that a full Lina combo will land on a priority hero.

This mismatch in their kits defines their games. Nature's Prophet wants to be all over the map creating pressure, while Lina needs a more stable frontline and setup to deal her damage effectively in teamfights. Often, this results in them playing on opposite sides of the map from each other, unable to combine their strengths. Lina is left vulnerable and without the control she needs to snowball, while Nature's Prophet’s split-pushing isn’t as threatening because the rest of his team lacks the kill potential to punish rotations. They simply don't enable the same kind of strategy.
