Nature's Prophet + Primal Beast

Why this works

Setting up a charge with Primal Beast often gets ruined by a friendly Sprout. Primal Beast needs open ground to run targets down with Onslaught and Trample, but Nature's Prophet's most reliable disable actively blocks paths and clutters the battlefield. Even with good intentions, it is incredibly easy for Sprout's trees to block an allied Primal Beast or prevent him from reaching a key target for Pulverize. Their core abilities are fundamentally at odds, turning what should be a simple initiation into a confusing mess where your own spells get in the way.

This clash in mechanics extends to their overall game plans. Nature's Prophet excels at applying global pressure and split-pushing, forcing the enemy team to spread out. Primal Beast, however, wants enemies grouped up so he can find a big initiation and win a decisive teamfight. This often leaves the team in a bind: either Primal Beast is starting fights outnumbered because Nature's Prophet is across the map, or NP is forced into five-on-five brawls where his spells can be a liability to his own frontline. The duo struggles to find a cohesive strategy.
