Nature's Prophet + Pudge

Why this works

The classic combo of Sprout into Meat Hook seems good on paper, but it rarely works out. The trees from Sprout block vision, meaning Pudge often can't see the target inside. Even if an ally provides vision, the trees will physically intercept the hook before it reaches the enemy hero. Instead of setting up a kill, Nature's Prophet’s spell actively prevents Pudge from landing his most important ability. This core mechanical conflict makes their gank attempts incredibly awkward and prone to failure.

Throughout the game, this forces the two heroes to play separately. Nature's Prophet will look for opportunities to trap someone for his other allies, while Pudge has to find his own targets away from any Sprout plays. Both heroes want to be active on the map, but they can't effectively enable each other. Pudge needs a clear line of sight and reliable stuns from his teammates, neither of which Nature's Prophet provides in a compatible way. They end up feeling like two solo artists who can't find a way to play in rhythm.
