Nature's Prophet + Windranger

Why this works

Playing against this pair often feels less threatening than it should. The core issue is how their lockdown spells interact. Nature's Prophet uses Sprout to trap an enemy, but the ring of trees it creates can easily block the angle Windranger needs for a Shackleshot. Instead of setting up a clean stun, Sprout often protects the target from Windranger's best disable. The trapped hero can also move around inside the trees, making it even harder to land a perfect shackle. They end up with two disables that actively get in each other's way.

This awkwardness defines their game. Ganks that look simple on paper fall apart because the setup is so clumsy. While Nature's Prophet can teleport anywhere to start a fight, he doesn't offer the reliable stun Windranger needs to unload her damage with Focus Fire. The enemy team can often play around this by simply staying away from other trees and units, knowing that Sprout can be more of a hindrance than a help. This duo is forced to rely on finding already isolated targets, as they lack the tools to create their own openings in a coordinated fight.
