Hoodwink + Keeper of the Light

Why this works

Facing down a lane with both these heroes can be draining. Keeper of the Light's Chakra Magic lets Hoodwink constantly harass with Acorn Shot without worrying about her mana pool, which can bully opponents out of position early on. The duo also presents a serious long-range threat. A fully charged Illuminate wave followed by a Sharpshooter can delete a hero from across the screen before they have a chance to react, forcing enemies to play cautiously and respect their vision from the moment the ultimates come online.

The potential for teamfight synergy is where this pairing often falls apart. While a Bushwhack can set up an Illuminate, Keeper of the Light's Blinding Light is just as likely to knock an enemy out of Hoodwink's stun or away from the path of her ultimate. Both heroes are also extremely fragile and want to play from the back lines. If an initiator gets on top of them, they tend to fold very quickly. Success with this combination depends heavily on whether their lane pressure can create enough of a lead to offset their conflicting abilities in later fights.
