Hoodwink + Naga Siren

Why this works

Setting up Hoodwink's Sharpshooter with Song of the Siren sounds better on paper than it is in practice. The timing to end the Song and land the nuke before the enemy can react is quite tight. A much more reliable interaction is using Naga Siren's Ensnare to hold a target in place for Hoodwink to easily land Bushwhack and her full combo. The heroes can feel a bit at odds at times, however. Naga's illusions are constantly pushing out lanes and clearing jungle camps, which can cut down the very trees Hoodwink needs for positioning and for landing her stun in the first place.

Across a game, their coordination tends to focus on pickoffs. Naga can find an isolated target, use Ensnare, and Hoodwink can follow up with burst damage for the kill. In larger teamfights, the Song is often used to reset or to isolate a key hero for Naga's illusions to swarm, rather than as a dedicated setup for Hoodwink. They don't actively work against each other outside of the tree problem, but they don't provide a consistent, powerful combo either. Any success depends more on player coordination during specific moments than on any inherent synergy between their kits.
