Hoodwink + Phoenix

Why this works

Trying to kill Phoenix's Supernova becomes much harder when Hoodwink can land a Bushwhack on top of it. The stun buys crucial time for the egg to go off and provides an easy setup for Phoenix to land a full volley of Fire Spirits on key targets. Both heroes operate from long range, so this initial lockdown can happen from the fog or a treeline, catching enemies completely by surprise. Hoodwink's stun also works as follow-up, letting her guarantee a Sharpshooter on a target slowed by Phoenix. The basic interaction gives the pair a reliable way to start a fight.

Their teamfight plan is pretty clear: Hoodwink looks for a catch, and Phoenix provides the heavy magic damage. After the initial combo, both heroes can continue to contribute from the back lines with Sun Ray and Sharpshooter. The main issue is that their success relies heavily on landing that first stun. If enemies have good vision, can dodge the Bushwhack, or have instant saves for the target, the whole engagement can fall flat. It's a solid strategy that requires some coordination to execute, but it doesn't leave much room for error against a prepared team.
