How Hoodwink and Weaver perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Hoodwink and Weaver win 44.98% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 22,594 matches.
Playing against this pair often feels comfortable for the enemy team. Both Hoodwink and Weaver are fragile heroes who want to deal damage from a safe distance, which means your own team lacks a durable front line to play around. There's very little synergy for setting up kills. Weaver has no reliable way to hold an enemy near trees for Hoodwink’s Bushwhack, and neither hero provides the hard lockdown needed to guarantee a full-duration Sharpshooter. This forces them to rely on their own individual escape mechanisms instead of coordinated plays, making it easy for opponents to isolate and burst one down before the other can react.

These rows use the last 30 days of quality-filtered ranked matches, all patches in that span combined — a wider window than the patch-scoped count above, so the per-rank match totals can exceed it.
