Jakiro + Lina

Why this works

Controlling the map gets tough when both heroes need a lot of farm to be effective. Lina and Jakiro both clear waves quickly, but this usually means they end up splitting resources across the map and delaying their own core items. Their combined kill threat is also less than it appears on paper. Trying to chain Ice Path and Light Strike Array is awkward because both stuns have a significant delay. This gives targets a window to use a defensive item or spell, making it hard to guarantee the full burst damage for a clean kill.

As the game progresses, this lack of reliable, instant lockdown becomes a serious liability. Enemy cores can farm more aggressively and split-push, knowing that gank attempts from this pair are clumsy. Lina wants to find pickoffs to snowball, but Jakiro can't provide the immediate setup she gets from other supports. Instead, the duo often has to commit both Macropyre and Laguna Blade to a single target that might survive anyway, leaving them with few resources to win the larger teamfight that follows.
