Jakiro + Ogre Magi

Why this works

Running both Jakiro and Ogre Magi can put a strain on a team's resources. They both function as durable, spell-casting supports who need levels and some farm to be effective. Ogre wants levels for Multicast, and Jakiro’s abilities scale well, pushing him toward key items. Their stuns from Fireblast and Ice Path can chain together, but they lack a single, overwhelming combo. This overlap means they often compete for the same role and pockets of farm on the map, potentially leaving the team with two moderately effective supports instead of one who is fully enabled.

Their laning phase can be strong with combined slows and stuns, but converting that pressure can be tough. As the game opens up, Ogre Magi wants to follow a core to provide Bloodlust, while Jakiro is excellent at shoving waves and defending towers. This can split their focus. In fights, they provide a lot of control over time, but securing quick kills is difficult. An enemy core with spell immunity can often ignore their spells and reach your backline, forcing a drawn-out battle that this duo isn't always equipped to win without help.
