Why this works

Giving Lina a steady stream of mana with Chakra Magic seems great for the laning stage, letting her spam spells to control the lane. The trouble starts when they try to combine their abilities for a kill. Lina's Light Strike Array needs a clean setup, but Keeper of the Light's Blinding Light is a knockback that can easily push targets out of her stun's area. They both also provide long-range wave clear, which can lead to them competing for farm on the map and slowing down Lina's item progression if she's the core.

In practice, this duo often lacks the lockdown needed to secure kills on mobile heroes. Without a reliable, instant stun from another teammate, enemies can frequently dodge the damage combo. Both Lina and Keeper of the Light want to stay in the back lines during a teamfight, which can leave your draft feeling very fragile and without a solid frontline. You end up needing very specific heroes in other roles to initiate and tank, otherwise the whole lineup tends to crumble when jumped on.
