Keeper of the Light + Tiny

Why this works

Giving Tiny mana for his combo seems like the whole point of this pairing, but in practice their spells actively work against each other. Tiny's goal is to isolate and burst a target with Avalanche and Toss, but that repositioning frequently moves the enemy out of a fully charged Illuminate. The reverse is also true; a defensive Blinding Light from Keeper of the Light can knock an enemy away right as Tiny is closing in for the kill. They both disrupt enemy positions, but rarely in a way that helps one another secure their own damage.

This problem gets worse as the game moves into teamfights. The early mana from Chakra Magic might help Tiny get a gank, but once teams start grouping, the anti-synergy is obvious. Tiny wants to blink in and start a fight up close, while Keeper of the Light needs to stay far in the back. This leaves Tiny isolated after his initial burst and leaves Keeper of the Light vulnerable to flankers. Smart opponents will exploit this positioning gap, picking off whichever of the two is most out of place.
