Keeper of the Light + Ursa

Why this works

Pushing the lane with Illuminate often works against what Ursa wants to do. Ursa thrives when he can run enemies down a long lane, stacking Fury Swipes to secure a kill. Keeper of the Light constantly shoving the wave gives opponents a safe space under their tower and relieves pressure. While Chakra Magic can reduce cooldowns, Ursa is not a mana-hungry hero and would much rather have a partner with a reliable stun to hold a target in place. Blinding Light can even be a problem, knocking an enemy away right as Ursa is about to connect.

This disconnect means Ursa often has a harder time finding the early kills needed to snowball towards his first Roshan. The duo lacks strong, proactive kill threat. Later on, Keeper of the Light plays from the deep backline, while Ursa has to find his own way into the fight, usually with a Blink Dagger. This creates a composition that feels split; Ursa dives in alone while Keeper provides ambient pressure from afar. The two heroes don't directly enable each other's core strengths, leading to a game that feels a little less coordinated than it should.
