Why this works

Putting Kunkka and Undying in the same lineup gives your team a clear, simple game plan built on area denial and sustained fighting. The basic combo is straightforward: Kunkka’s Torrent provides the perfect setup for Undying to drop an uncontested Tombstone. The stun holds targets in place, letting zombies spawn and apply their slow, which in turn makes it easier for Kunkka to land more spells. X Marks the Spot can also pull an enemy back into the Tombstone's range if they try to escape. It's a layered attack that forces opponents to deal with multiple problems at once.

This duo shines in mid-game teamfights, especially when fighting for towers or Roshan. A well-placed Tombstone combined with Ghostship creates a huge, chaotic area that is difficult to fight into. The damage reduction from the boat helps Undying survive longer to cast more Decays and keep the pressure on. The weakness is mobility; enemy teams with lots of escape or heroes that can quickly destroy the Tombstone from a distance can mitigate the threat. Your job is to force a committed fight where they can't simply walk away from the chaos you've created.
