Why this works

The mid-game pick-offs Pudge excels at can feel a bit unsupported with Largo on the team. Pudge's whole game is about finding an angle on an isolated hero and forcing a sudden, uneven fight. This requires allies who can instantly contribute from wherever they are on the map. Largo, however, may operate on a different timetable or want to position differently for fights. There's a potential clash in their preferred tempo, where Pudge creates an opening but Largo isn't equipped or positioned to capitalize on it, letting the advantage slip away.

Across a match, this means their success depends more on good coordination than on natural chemistry. If Pudge gets a good start, he can create the space and time Largo needs to hit his own key timings. But if the early ganks fail, the duo doesn't offer a strong fallback plan. Pudge's attempts to start fights become riskier, and he may not provide what Largo needs in a full-team engagement.
