How Legion Commander and Sand King perform as teammates in Dota 2 7.41f, from ranked matches.
In Dota 2 7.41f, Legion Commander and Sand King win 52.85% of ranked matches when playing on the same team, over 13,314 matches.
Picking the right setup for Legion Commander changes how her whole game plays out. Sand King provides one of the most reliable ways to get her started. A long-range Burrowstrike is the perfect lockdown to let Legion Commander walk in and get a clean Duel without the target escaping. Once the fight is locked in, Sand King can channel Epicenter and blink on top of the Duel, pumping out so much damage that the victory is almost guaranteed. This combination is especially hard to stop because any enemies who try to save their ally can be stunned by the same Burrowstrike, leaving the Duel target completely isolated and helpless.
