Lina + Muerta

Why this works

Having two greedy, farm-intensive cores on one team creates a huge strain on your map's resources. Both Lina and Muerta need a lot of gold to hit their item timings and become threatening damage dealers. They also offer a similar package: heavy magic burst early that scales into powerful right-click damage later on. The problem is they don't set each other up well. Lina's Light Strike Array is much easier to land with reliable setup, and the fear from Muerta's The Calling can scatter enemies unpredictably, making it hard to chain spells. They end up competing for the same farm to fill a similar role.

This forces your team to play a very defensive game, trying to create space for two cores instead of one. Fights are difficult to take because you often lack a durable hero to go in first and soak up spells. An enemy team can easily identify this weakness, focusing down either Lina or Muerta before they can get their damage off. Your win condition becomes stalling until both heroes are fully equipped, which is a difficult task against any coordinated team that knows how to apply pressure and take objectives.
