Lina + Naga Siren

Why this works

Pairing these two together hinges on landing a specific combo. Naga Siren’s Song of the Siren provides an almost perfect setup for Lina, letting her walk into position and time a Light Strike Array to hit multiple sleeping targets the moment the Song ends. For smaller pickoffs, Naga’s Ensnare is also a reliable root that holds an enemy still long enough for Lina to land her stun and unload her full burst. Lina needs lockdown to guarantee her spells connect, and Naga provides it in two different forms.

Executing that combo is the main challenge. A mistimed Song can easily save the enemy team from Lina's damage instead of setting it up. Their overall timings can also clash; Lina's spell damage peaks in the mid-game when she wants to fight, which is often when Naga Siren is focused on farming with illusions to hit her own item timings. The game is often decided by whether this duo can coordinate for key objective fights, or if the enemy can successfully split them up and exploit their different tempos.
