Marci + Ogre Magi

Why this works

Casting Bloodlust on Marci seems like a straightforward way to make her Unleash punches even faster. The movement speed also helps her close the gap on targets. The problem is that both heroes want to be brawling up close, but neither one provides strong defensive support for the other. Marci often uses Rebound to dive deep into enemy lines, while Ogre Magi is a much slower hero who can't easily follow. A single stun from Ogre isn't always enough to peel for a Marci who gets jumped on after committing.

This duo often looks for aggression from the very start of the game, but can struggle if they don't get ahead. The plan relies entirely on Marci surviving her initial dive. Ogre Magi can provide the pre-fight buff, but once Marci is in the backline, he's usually too far away to offer followup control or help her escape. If the enemy team can weather that initial burst from Unleash and turn on Marci, the fight is often lost. The success is very dependent on the enemy draft's ability to punish a deep dive, making the outcome inconsistent.
